Nutrition

Researches prove that the ingestion of fruits and salads helps with digestion, promoting a good functioning of the metabolism, healthy skin, mood and good shape.

Lunch at Colégio Marie Jost is a balanced meal containing all the nutrients necessary for the good development of students. For this we have a nutritionist who is always ahead of everything that concerns the feeding of our children.

The school offers two breaks for snacks that are brought from home. It is important to note the amount of snack that is placed in the child's lunch box so that it does not interfere with the appetite for lunch. We recommend a healthy diet, without excesses, in a way that does not harm your health.

fruit day

In order to encourage the consumption of fruit, our school offers a fruit salad on Tuesdays as a dessert after lunch and has elected Thursday as Fruit Day. On this day, all children bring only fruit for their snack. We hope that the habit of consuming fruit for a snack will be encouraged on other days.

Our proposal is for reflection. What the student CAN bring is based on a healthy, varied diet without industrialized and artificial foods.
